How does the 30-day free trial work?
Once you start your free trial, you'll have access to all Resource Guru features so you can freely explore everything. You can subscribe to any of our plans at any time during your trial. If you do, your trial data will remain in your account, so don't hold back!
If you subscribe, you will have the choice of paying either annually or monthly (annual plans come with 2 months free). If you don't subscribe, or cancel within your trial period, you won’t be charged a thing.
Prices are based on the number of people. Is that people that log in only?
No, the pricing is based on the number of people and non-human resources you add to your account, whether they log in or not and regardless of their permissions.
What happens when I add or remove people or non-human resources?
You are free to add and remove people or non-human resources safe in the knowledge that you will only ever pay for what you use. And we will always draw from any credit you have first.
If you’re on an annual plan and you add/remove resources during the year, interim charges/credits will be applied and invoiced once a month. If you’re on a monthly plan, you will simply be invoiced for the resources you have in your account at the beginning of each billing period.
In which currency are prices displayed?
The prices listed on this page are in US Dollars (USD).
Can I pay in a different currency?
We charge in USD by default but we can accept payment in GBP on request. If you’d like to switch to GBP, please get in touch with our support team. We plan to support additional currencies in future.
We can't pay by credit card, can you invoice us instead?
You can pay by invoice if you have more than 10 people in your account and you pay annually. Please contact us to arrange this.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Simply click on Billing and you can upgrade or downgrade any time you like.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel, you won’t be billed again. Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds for any partially used annual or monthly subscriptions.
Is my data secure?
We take the security of your data extremely seriously - here's what we do about it.
Can I get setup assistance and phone support during my trial?
You can get setup assistance via email or chat. Phone assistance is also available on the Master plan after you subscribe to it. You can subscribe to it at any time during your trial.
What kind of phone support will we get with the Master plan?
You will be provided with a dedicated phone number and Customer Success Gurus will be available to answer calls during the following hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 1pm, 2pm - 5.30pm GMT/BST.
Also, you will be able to request a callback in advance for the following hours: Mon - Sun, 8am - 11pm GMT/BST.
