Our HQ is in the UK but our team is dotted all over the place.

You're self-motivated

We’re a small company with no managers. So we need everyone who joins to be completely self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy. That doesn’t mean we don’t have processes or an organizational structure. It just means you will be expected to drive yourself forwards, make intelligent decisions and take ownership of your work.
