Resource Guru’s evolving faster than ever. So much so that some of our latest releases may have slipped under your radar. To help, here’s a bite-sized rundown of the latest capabilities set to take your resource management approach to new heights.

Make way for your best work with vertical navigation

Breathing room is a blessing and, with this update, you get plenty of it. Wherever you’re working in the product, you can expand or collapse the new, vertical navigation bar to gain extra space so you can focus on your best work. 

Tackle to-dos in a flash with the actions drawer

Find bookings that need your attention faster than ever with the new actions drawer. It lives right on the Schedule, lists all of your to-dos in one spot, and lets you jump to and take action on the relevant booking in a click. 

Get extra control with activity type billable statuses

Activity types just got an upgrade. Now, when you add or edit them, you can control their billable status. By default, activity types are billable, but you can switch it up as needed. 

With this update you can rest assured that billable time logged against projects is done so accurately. That way, you can keep close tabs on which activities are making an impact on your bottom line. 

You won’t want to miss these ones

We’ve made some significant additions on the financial front, too. You can now monitor project finances with rates and budgets. With these features combined, you can keep track of revenue and protect profitability.

Use project rates to easily understand the projected amount you’ll charge clients, and compare that with the revenue you’ve earned after project delivery. Set and track project budgets to help you monitor spend, spot issues early, and keep projects on course.
