Automate how you schedule around public holidays

While you could always add public holidays to your team’s schedules on Resource Guru, this release seriously streamlines the whole process. 

Now, by country and—optionally—region, Admins can choose to automatically populate time off for relevant public holidays for anyone in their organization. 

How it works

To get started with public holidays on Resource Guru, in the Settings menu, you can choose which calendars you want to add time off for. 

As we said, you can choose public holiday calendars by country, or get granular with the region selector if there’s a lot of variance you need to take into account. (We see you, Germany.)

From there, you can assign the relevant people on your team to each calendar you want to include, and select/deselect which specific holidays should appear in the schedule for them.  

Once that’s done, time off will get added to each person’s schedule lined up with the specific dates on their relevant public holiday calendar.
