As Test Prep Insight HR director Janelle Owens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/heidilynnekurter\/2021\/06\/29\/is-micromanaging-a-form-of-bullying-here-are-3-things-you-should-know\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">explains<\/a>, micromanagement sends the message to employees that \u201cthey\u2019re not good enough and can\u2019t be trusted.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Remember, your team has the skills to do the job\u2013that\u2019s why they were hired in the first place. Your role is to keep them on target and support them.
