Resource Guru already helps with this in a number of ways.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open up any project, and you can see, add, and edit key details in the Overview tab. With <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/resourceguruapp.com\/blog\/product-updates\/track-project-milestones\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Milestones<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you can track against significant dates in the lead up to project completion. Anyone with an existing booking against a project gets added to its team by default. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But now, setting up teams for new projects is just as straightforward. You can create a new team manually, before those people are booked elsewhere, helping you plan ahead.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To assign the people and resources you want when <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/help.resourceguruapp.com\/en\/articles\/1956482\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">creating a new project<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, just navigate to the Team tab. From there, search for who and what you need and add them to the team with a click.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also review all the projects you\u2019ve created\u2014along with their teams\u2014in the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projects &amp; Clients<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> section, and adjust as needed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This all lets you plan people\u2019s bookings ahead of time, making sure you have all the people power you need to get projects over the line on time. Things can get messy if those changes aren\u2019t reflected where you\u2019re managing the team\u2019s workload.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can solve for this with the hide\/remove feature. This lets you remove people who haven\u2019t already been booked on a project, and hide any other people or non-human resources you don\u2019t need to work with at that time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Significant projects with large teams typically make for a hectic schedule. That way, you can highlight only those who are currently on the project team, helping you focus on active and available team members.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You get a clean interface to adjust bookings and schedule the whole team\u2019s work faster than ever.
