They often don&#8217;t have marginalized experiences to lean on. And that\u2019s fine. But that means they need to listen to the people that do have those experiences and give those people the opportunity to propose DEI strategies that can make the business better for <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">everyone<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Which\u2014ultimately\u2014only helps the business grow.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keli emphasizes that \u201ceveryone gets that &#8216;the work&#8217; comes first\u2014it&#8217;s what makes everyone money.
