Data suggests agency burnout is widespread.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Globally, the Marketing and Advertising industry\u2014including marketing, ad, web design, digital, and other agencies\u2014experiences a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/statistics\/1274617\/industries-burnout-globally\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">burnout rate of 69.6%<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Another survey found that <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marketingweek.com\/budgets-burnout-global-ad-market-5-interesting-stats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">52% of marketers<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> fear burning out.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hefty price tag aside, burnout leads to talent shortages, poor <a href=\"https:\/\/resourceguruapp.com\/blog\/ad-agency-work-life-balance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">work-life balance<\/a>, and employee health problems. That means it&#8217;s essential to focus on things you can control as an individual.
