The more time you spend in Google Meet talking about projects, the less time your remote team members have to actually work on them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We get that; sometimes, it\u2019s easier to hash things on a call instead of endless back and forth in Slack. (Plus, it\u2019s nice to see people\u2019s faces!) Ask questions about their deliverable statuses, any challenges that came up, how you can support them in meeting their goals, and how they feel.
